If an item is marked with (PREORDER) this means it has yet to go into production, ordering one of these items requires a 4-6 week wait after the preorder has ended, these items will then be taken down as they go into production. Items not marked with the (PREORDER) tag are in stock and will ship within 2 working days usually. Shipping time varies but the standard for UK orders is within 3 working days, EU is within 7 days and RoW is within 10 days (of the item being shipped)
If a parcel is returned to me because it was unclaimed or the delivery address provided was incorrect, I'm happy to resend it once the customer has paid the additional postage cost. If a refund of the original order is requested instead, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
